No Refund Policy
Strictly No Refunds: Since the products are digital
files (CAD blocks, 3D models) that can be downloaded instantly, all
sales are final.
If a user pays for a file or a subscription,
this amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
We encourage you to review the product details, preview images, and specifications carefully before making a purchase.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the rare event of a technical error where the file was not delivered or is confirmed to be corrupted and cannot be fixed by our support team.
